THE IMPORTANCE OF EXERCISE

Mr. principal who I respect, father, mother, teachers and employees that I respect, as well as friends that I care about.

Friends all, gak sih sport really matters? How important are sports for life and health?
Before answering that question, I remember a saying. "Mensana in corpore sano" within a healthy body there is a strong soul. The sentence describing the importance of health. When our body is healthy, we can do a variety of activities, such as work, study, play, and do whatever we like to be fun. However, if our bodies are unwell or sick, doing everyday activities seems to be very heavy. This is awful, so uncomfortable, all inbad taste. Not to mention if he had to go to the doctor, have to pay expensive, should be taking the medication. Therefore we must always maintain good health beforesickness.
The father/mother teacher who I respect and friends are happy, we can keep yourhealth by eating regularly, istrahat enough, and not less important is the sport. Sports and health a relationship that cannot be separated, if healthiest then we should wish toexercise. Sport serves to launch the blood circulation, relaxes the stiff joints, releasetoxins through sweat and can launch the body's metabolism system. When we exerciseregularly, you can imagine our body will definitely healthy, smooth, fresh blood in shape.
Friends all, in exercising, we don't need to be burdened with a heavy workout, which is not preferred. However, we can choose what kind of exercise is suitable for ourselves,that we like and we enjoy desist, such as badminton, tennis, futsal, or possiblyswimming, gymnastics, jogging, etc. When we are happy, enjoy the sport we do,exercise becomes lighter and can be both fun for those of us who are saturated withwork during the week, or after studying hard to take the exam. By exercising our mindsearlier chaotic, stress, strain, being fresh, fit, fresh, and ready to lead the challenge.
