Definition of management above explains that there are close linkages between themanagement and administration of education. Therefore, it can be concluded thatmanagement is an activity that became an administrative centre.

Thus, if it is applied in the Organization of education will be the same meaning with the administration of education. Because in the whole process of the Administration, management or coaching men as executor is a very important activity of decisive, thenthe tepatlah if it is said that management is the core administration.

Therefore, in the institution's need for a good management in dealing with variousissues related to the management of either or the appropriate arrangements with the goal. Does the need for human endeavor to gain the success that has been enacted/are planned in advance.
